Greg Dohrman- Chair

Greg Dohrman has served on the Board of Trustees since 2012. He is an attorney licensed in Missouri and Virginia and is a principal of Cunningham, Vogel & Rost, P.C., a law firm that focuses on legal representation of local governments. He received an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Illinois, a law degree from the College of William & Mary, and has over 25 years of experience representing governmental entities.

Greg is a past president of the Missouri Municipal Attorneys’ Association and the Board of Trustees of the St. Charles City-County Library District. He has also served on the boards of other non-profit organizations and is a 2007 graduate of the Vision St. Charles County program. He resides in unincorporated St. Charles County with his wife, where they raised their two children.


Linda Wibbenmeyer, P.E. – Vice-Chair

Linda Wibbenmeyer is a Technology Implementation PM / OCM at Alberici Constructors, Inc.  She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri.  Her experience has spanned a variety of arenas from air pollution control, ethanol production, to thermal storage solar power plants.  Her experience has enabled her to serve as Chair for the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Missouri Columbia Chemical Engineering Department, past President of the Academy of Distinguished Alumni for Chemical Engineering, a member of Mizzou’s Griffiths Leadership Society, and St Charles County Commissioner for Environmental Quality. She has resided in St Charles County with her husband and two sons since graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.


William Rebore

William T. Rebore Ph.D. has been involved with education in the State of Missouri for the past 53 years.  Starting as a social studies teacher at Valley Park High School in 1968, he also served as the middle school principal, high school principal and Superintendent of Schools before leaving the School District in 1979 to join the administrative staff of the Francis Howell School District in St. Charles County.  After serving two years as the Assistant Superintendent for Finance, he was appointed Superintendent of Schools in 1981, a position he held until accepting an academic appointment from Saint Louis University in 1987.  During his academic career at Saint Louis University, he served as the Associate Dean of the College of Education and Public Service. and the Chairperson of the Department of Educational Leadership.  He currently holds the title of Professor Emeritus of Educational Leadership in the School of Education. Since 2018, he also serves as the Managing Principal of LDR-Administrative Services, LLC.


Bob Schnur

Bob Schnur is the Assistant Director of Administration in the office of the St Charles County Executive and served as St. Charles County’s Director of Finance for fourteen years from 2008 to 2022. Bob is a Certified Public Accountant. Bob and his wife Sharon have lived in St Charles County since 1984 and raised three sons here. He was appointed to fill an unexpired term for the Duckett Creek Board of Trustees in 2011 and has served concurrently since.


John Harshbarger

 

John Harshbarger is the Vice President of Engineering at Cole & Associates, responsible for the management and operations of the Midwest region, which includes the St. Louis and St. Charles offices. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri and 19 other states. John graduated from the University of Missouri – Rolla with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has spent his career leading a variety of infrastructure projects across multiple business sectors, including work for various municipalities and governmental agencies. John resides in St. Charles County with his wife and two daughters.
