One (1) signed original proposal must be received either via email to submittals@duckettcreek.com or in an envelope marked “HVAC Maintenance and Mechanical Services RFP” mailed to Duckett Creek Sanitary District, 3550 Hwy K, O’Fallon MO, 63368.
Duckett Creek Sanitary District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions.
