Duckett Creek Sanitary District (the District) is soliciting competitive bids for the Sludge De-Watering Polymer. The supplier must guarantee the bid prices for a period of one (1) year on an as needed basis in accordance with the specifications. The term of the Contract shall be a one (1) year period with the option by the District to renew for two (2) additional one-year extensions under the same terms and conditions. The District reserves the right waive all formalities of the bid and the right to terminate the Contract for any nonconformity, by the successful bidder, of any term or condition of the Contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies.
