Bob Schnur – Chair
Bob Schnur is the Director of Finance at St Charles County. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Bob lives in St Charles County with his wife Sharon. He is currently serving his second term on the Board of Trustees at Duckett Creek Sanitary District.
Anne Ritter – Vice Chair
Anne is a Principal in the Tax Department of Brown Smith Wallace’s St. Charles office, where her responsibilities include planning, preparing and reviewing financial statements, individual and corporate income tax returns and establishing client relationships. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting and tax services working for private companies and public accounting firms.
She earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Accounting from Saint Louis University and her Master in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. Ritter is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the P.E.O Sisterhood (Philanthropic Educational Organization) and Kiwanis International. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Greater St Charles County Chamber of Commerce, the SSM Health St. Joseph Foundation Advisory Board, Citizens National Bank of St Charles Advisory Board and the Finance Committee for the Missouri State PEO Chapter. She was named as one of the Streetscape Magazine’s Beyond the Best recipients in 2013 and a Missouri Society of CPAs Woman to Watch in 2014.
She is a St. Charles native who lives with her husband, Glenn, and they have 2 sons.
William Rebore is an Associate Dean of the College of Public Service and is the Chairman of the Department of Educational Leadership at Saint Louis University. He is the former superintendent of the Francis Howell School District. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Missouri – St. Louis, a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from the same institution and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University.
Greg Dohrman is an attorney licensed to practice law in Missouri and Virginia. He represents St. Charles County in various types of litigation and transactions with an emphasis on real estate. He received an undergraduate engineering degree from the University of Illinois, and a law degree from the College of William & Mary. He is a member of the Missouri Municipal Attorneys’ Association and other bar associations.
Greg is a past President of the Board of Trustees of the St. Charles City-County Library District, which he served on for six years. He has also served on the boards of other non-profit organizations, and is a 2007 graduate of the Vision St. Charles County program. He resides in unincorporated St. Charles County with his wife and two children.
Linda Wibbenmeyer, P.E.
Linda Wibbenmeyer is a Sr. Process Consultant at DuPont. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Missouri. Her experience has spanned a variety of arenas from air pollution control, ethanol production, to thermal storage solar power plants. Her experience has enabled her to serve as Vice Chair for the Industrial Advisory Board for the University of Missouri Columbia Chemical Engineering Department, past President of the Academy of Distinguished Alumni for Chemical Engineering, a member of Mizzou’s Griffiths Leadership Society, and St Charles County Commissioner for Environmental Quality. She has resided in St Charles County with her husband and two sons since graduating in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
