Job Opening – Customer Service Manager

The Duckett Creek Sanitary District Administration department is now soliciting applications for a Customer Service Manager.

This position supervises and assigns work to three customer service staff members, coordinates the monthly billing process ensuring proper documentation of customer billings and payments, coordinates with water companies regarding usage and usage downloads, oversees collection activities, participates in establishing policies and procedures and assists staff when needed. Prefer bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Minimum requirements are high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of similar experience.  Prefer two years of supervisory experience. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be well organized and be proficient with computers. Knowledge of Incode Utility Billing software and accounting a plus. The District has an excellent benefit package. Pay/Salary Range –$43,192.66 TO $64,789.00 DOQ (Depends on Qualifications). FLSA – EXEMPT. Duckett Creek is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
